Up to 20 office cubicles will fit in the large carpeted open area of this semi-furnished suite. Of the four tiled labs, two can function as server rooms having separate cooling systems to regulate temperature in the presence of operating electronic equipment or test chambers. Both server rooms have card access readers. The fourth lab room can be a wet lab as it includes water facilites, and a fume hood with direct exhaust to the outside. In addition, two small rooms in this suite may be used for offices or storage.
